A Storybook about how Artistic Swimming allowed Gracie to celebrate her unique talents and skills.
Author Visits
Ignite Artistic Swimming enjoyed a Sunday afternoon reading and craft time in November, 2024. Waterloo Artistic Swimming Spirit Day was a special place to reunite with Paris 2024 Olympian Claire Scheffel in October, 2024. Gracie and her friends were there to share in the excitement of story time with a large group of children spending some time at Indigo Conestoga in September, 2024. What a surprise to see so many students from Brigadoon P.S. supporting me at my first Indigo event in Kitchener in Septmeber 2024. Swimmers at Olympium Artistic Swimming were quite creative with the craft in August 2024. Many swimmers connected with Gracie's "not really a land mammal" ways. Brant Artistic Swimming welcomed me with open arms in August 2024! What a delight when some swimmers came with the book in their hands for an author signing! Ayr Music and Books was a magical space to share my book and craft with children from the Village of Ayr in August 2024. Sharing my book with WRDSB Summer Learning students from Kindergarten to Grade 6 was an inspiring way to launch Gracie's Not Really a Land Mammal in July 2024! |
